  5. Sometimes he speaks with actions – not words. The car that slows you down on the way to work may be God preventing an accident, the stranger that smiles at you and makes your day. These are the whispers of God.

  6. Thanks for a wonderful message today. The Lord speaks to me while in prayer and during praise and worship. During the sermon, he speaks between the lines, and through His WORD. I appreciate the encouragement today. Let them that have an ear to hear what the Spirit is saying!

When ones conscience tells them to speak out against some of the language used on facebook or when it says this is a perfect time that lends itself to speak out regarding the true Sabbath by using scripture, precept upon precept, or again when you pass someone by and not help right then, it tells you to go back and help. To me, this is part of listening to God.

God speaks though nature, my wife and I walk a lot in Bankhead Forest in Northern Alabama! we see him everywere in the trees,flowers and lakes and creeks,water falls,mountains!His presents is everywere in nature you can’t really explain it, you have to see it for yourself! When you walk in a garden,or by a river in a park by the Ocean you can feel him there if you stand still and feel his presents all around you! God is Good. God Bless all

  17. GOD is my best friend and we hear HIM when we are quiet. HE is a gentleman and as you said sometimes whispers to you. I hear HIM in my left ear. HE does have a sense of humor too. It isn’t always serious….I love HIM so much and I wonder why people are afraid to be with HIM…I know it is the fear of dying and I understand that, but when you have faced cancer and lived through it…as I have…You know…HE and I have walked many times in our garden when I was having radiation treatments. HE is always there..waiting…HE loves us so much……..

There have been times the Lord has spoken loud and audibly once when my husband and I were under a bridge looking for fossils and some guys up river were shooting toward us, knowing we were there. my husband couldn’t hear good but I’d see the bullets hitting trees and steve bent down to get a rock and i seen the sand behind him scatter and about that time I heard the loudest voice right next to me say MOVE and I took a few steps up the hill and the bullet went right by my ear, I felt the air from it and heard it whistle. I tell you when the Lord tells you to move you don’t stop and ask why. I praise God that He can still talk to us just like he did in the days of Moses. And it comes in different ways, we just have to listen. God bless everyone

  20. New here- but I love what you said. For me you have it exactly right. When I slow down to listen, he is always whispering, gently nudging, guiding – always in love. He calls me, “My child”.

This year was my first year actually hearing God’s voice and it has completely changed my life for the better I’m hearing and seeing things about my future and I accept it.At first I didn’t know whether it was myself or even the the enemy,but my grandma and aunt who are in the ministry told me I only hear 2 voice God and the Devil and that God will never lead me down a path that’ll kill or hurt me and now I’m seeing it and knowing the voice of God.He repeats everything to me which I love and tells me to be patient.Hearing God’s voice is helping me out big time and yes it is a whisper to my heart (mind).Thanks for this site and the one on Facebook.

  22. I am pleased to have found your site on facebook! Currently experiencing R.C.I.A. in the Catholic Religion. I must say out of all the different religions, I like the way I communicate with God, our Lord, and the Holy Spirit the best! I have learned to meditate and can actually feel the presense of Jesus as I journey with him! I am grateful and humbled to feel the presence of the Holy Spirit within me daily as I give thanks and praise daily to my Lord, my God!
    I have walked a life of ups and downs.. and many times I have asked God for help, but only when I needed it.. it wasn’t until now.. that I truly realized Why??? I lost everything… Pride… etc….
    God taught me.. to ask for forgiveness, to be humble, to experience rejection, to love God and myself, to Fear God only and no other being! To rid myself of Satan on a daily basis.. and when Satan does slip in through the tiniest crack, God protects me and helps me get rid of him!
    Yes! God loves each and every one of us and as I am writting this to you..
    God is filling me with joy!!! It’s truly about helping others!!! A motto I am livng with every day! and as I search for work.. God is showing me.. what it is … the true meaning of helping others.. I learn every single day from God’s teachings… It is truly wonderful!
    God Bless each and every one of you! Pray to God daily, always ask him to guide you.. to release you from all anxiety and to grant you peace.
    Listen! Just sit back close your eyes ….. and listen! Take the journey with Jesus.. our Lord & Savior…. Feel the Holy Spirit within you! Wow!

I was holding onto a past all my life that kept me angry at myself n everyone..I hurt n disapointed alot of people not just me.I lost an amazing person A.R.Jr I looked to God n prayed n really started believing and the prayers I wish I had believed morr faithfully n truely before my shameful mistakes but I know all has been forgiven and I am no longer carrying with me an upsetting past or..Bless Us All and Im eternally sorry and ask for forgiveness from everyone Ive ever hurt or been negative to…I know memories
