“Forgiving those that have hurt you takes real strength.  Past hurts can keep us emotionally bound and prevent us from moving forward in a healthy way.  The people that hurt us usually move on with their lives while we are mired in the past reliving the hurt.  Learn to turn the pain over to God and trust that He will deal with those that have hurt you as He sees fit.  This will not be easy and will take great strength, courage and faith.  Lean on God and know that He is with you.”
