Thank you for this message as I’ve been finding myself caught up in all the rigors of yesterday and tomorrow, and simply have forgotten that today is my gift, not only from my Lord, but also to the ones I love in how I live right now. One of my daily prayers is “Father, let me be a blessing in someones life today”, so I must remember that today is the best day I have to give….

I just got done reading a book and I think every christian should read it.I think anyone who reads it will have a wonderful opinion of Gods love and more understanding of many questions we all have of why things happen the way they happen. The name of the book is THE SHACK and is written by Wm. Paul Young.Try to really read it and think about the chapter you’ve just read and then resume.Please have an open mind and it will amaze you.

  27. This is like it was written for me. I have been having trouble at work and I pray daily for God to help me through the day not getting angry when someone deliberately pushes my buttons. I will think of this tomorrow at work and try to stay calm and happy. Thanks!!!

  36. Yesterday my wonderful daughter cried in my arms for the first time after her beautiful sons tragic death. We have cried separately and together, but I have felt I had to reach her on a deeper level. As a ma.
    At the same time it is important to keep some respectful distance. I have a small table in the livingroom, with a picture of her son, my grandson, white flowers and a candle light. It is always there. As I lit the candle, she looked at me with tears, and said: “he is really near us ma, you really remember him…” . Of course we both cried. And I was able to comfort her, make her sure(r) that he is not gone. He rests in heaven. He waits for us. We shared some holy minutes. A great gift from our heavenly father.
    It became my best day. Amen.

  37. Let me tell you about the best day of my life. I accepted Christ as my Savior many, many years ago. On my 69th birthday, my soul was touched by the Holy Spirit. Every day since then has been the best day of my life.

  45. I love how GOD puts reminders in our lives like this one. Sunday I skipped my church and went to hear a friend speak at his church and he also spoke about worry, Matt. 6, of which I have been trying hard to give mine totally to God. Thank you Lord for the people you have put in my life in the last few days to help me give my worries totally to you.
